Top 10 Recipes of 2018! (2024)

As the year comes to an end, I am always curious to look back and see which recipes were my most popular. I can see the website traffic for each blog post regardless of when it was originally posted. It is always so interesting to me to see what people are loving on my site. It reminds me how important it is to check in with you all on what you are wanting/needing in terms of recipes.

So with that, here are my most viewed recipes in 2018 (note: not all were created in 2018). There were a lot of surprises on this list for me! I hope this top ten list inspires you as we head into 2019.During this special time of year, I want to sincerely send my love and gratitude to you guys across this big wide internet! All recipes are gluten-free and vegan (animal free including eggs and dairy). Many are also nut-free or provide a nut-free option.

This version is kept simple by using frozen butternut squash that is pre-cubed and pureeing with animmersion blenderto make clean-up easier. I have included three different options for cooking it (stove top, Instant Pot/pressure cooker and slow cooker).

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for up to three months. If you do not own an immersion blender you can blend the soup in batches in your blender.

It is incredibly satisfying and loaded with plant-based protein and fiber.
